经皮给药可实现无创伤给药,具有超越一般给药方法的独特优点。近年来随着高分子材料科学、皮肤科学以及中药现代化的发展,使凝胶膏剂成为一种极具市场潜力的经皮给药制剂。文章从凝胶膏剂的基质、制备工艺、药物活性成分等方面对近年来凝胶膏剂的研究进行综述。

With a unique advantage beyond the general method of administration, transdermal drug delivery can be used for none trau- matic administration. In recent years, with the development of polymer materials science, skin science and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, the gel unguentum becomes a transdermal preparation with great market potential. The researchesof gel unguentum from the matrix of the gel unguentum, preparation process, and active pharmaceutical ingredients in recent years are reviewed in the paper.
