内毒素休克微循环与血液流变性的变化 被引量:3

摘要 内毒素性休克常由革兰阴性杆菌引起,据估计,每年至少有75万例患者发生内毒素休克或感染性休克,其中超过21万人因此丧命〔1〕。内毒素性休克发生后,循环系统出现一系列重要的特征性变化,包括:顽固性低血压、广泛微血栓、血流动力学异常、微循环障碍等。微循环障碍及血流动力学异常在内毒素性休克导致多器官损伤的过程中起着重要作用。本文针对内毒素休克发展进程中,微循环障碍、血液流变学异常的表现、机制及针对二者防治内毒素休克的研究进展作一综述。
