协同学视阈下的高校多元协同创业教育研究 被引量:26

摘要 协同破除资源整合力度不强、创业生态环境闭塞等瓶颈问题已成为深化高校创业教育改革的方向所在。聚焦"协调合作"研究的协同学为解决这些难题提供了一把理论钥匙和新的思路。高校创业教育是一个复杂系统工程,其开展是政府、高校、企业、社会等多元主体参与,师资、资金、技术、资源等多种要素流动,就业教育、专业教育、素质教育等多种教育融合的过程。鉴于此,高校要打破部门、领域、行业、区域等各自为阵的局面,通过打造创业教育协同共同体,放大整体协同效应,创造互补合作剩余。 Internal and external management, together with resolving the problems such as inadequate re- source integration and occlusive entrepreneurial ecosystem, have become the vital measures for univer- sities to reform. Synergetic, which emphasizes "cooperation", provides a new way to solve these problems. Entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities is a complicated task, which calls for the efforts of multiple parties like the government, universities, enterprises, and society. During the process, diverse elements flow freely includes the staff faculty, capital, technology, and re- sources. Besides, the integration of employment education, professional education and quality educa- tion is also needed. In view of this, colleges and universities should break the blockage situation of de- partments, fields, industry and region. With the help of synergetic community of education, colleges and universities should amplify the overall synergetic effect and achieve complementary cooperation.
