摘要 瓦斯突出隧道安全风险极高,是工程项目建设的重点和难点工程。结合渝黔铁路天坪隧道施工实践,介绍区域防突措施,即在平行导洞内采用穿层网格式钻孔集中抽排技术,以实现平行导洞和正洞2条隧道前方煤层瓦斯抽排。天坪隧道区域防突措施实施效果表明:煤样的残余瓦斯含量均小于8 m^3/t,钻孔期间无瓦斯动力现象,从而达到了消除瓦斯突出风险,成功安全揭煤,缩短防突工期的目标。 Construction of tunnels with gas burst is extremely risky and is the vital point of overall project. This paper introduces regional anti - burst measures from the practice of Tianping tunnel construction on Chongqing - Guizhou Railway, i. e. , use grid drilling in flat guide for central exhausting to exhaust coal gas from both flat guide and 2 main tunnels. The Tianping tunnel regional anti - burst measure shows that the residual gas content at the coal sample is less than 8 m3/t, there is no gas dynamic phenomenon during drilling. As a result, gas burst risk can be effectively eliminated with coal layer safely removed and anti - burst construction time shortened.
