摘要
本文以"Alabama"品种红掌的组培试管苗为试验材料,对其水培体系进行研究。结果表明,温室大棚条件下,水培试管苗的最适营养液EC值(可溶性盐浓度)为1.0 ms/cm;最佳培养温度为25℃;前期生长最适宜的光照强度为2 000 lx;对于刚出瓶的组培试管小苗,水培栽植的总体生长状态优于基质盆栽的。
In this paper tissue-culture test-tube plantlets of A nthurium andraeanum Cultivar 'Alabama' were used as test materials to study the hydroponics system.The results showed that in greenhouse conditions,the optimum nutrient solution EC value(soluble salt concentration) for hydroponic test-tube plantlets is 1.0 ms/cm;the optimum culture temperature is 25℃,and the most suitable light intensity for early-stage growth was 2 000 lx.For the tissue-culture test-tube plantlets just coming out of the bottles,the overall growth status was better than that of the substrate potted plantlets.
