摘要
为了准确判断ZKX2448直线振动筛是否发生结构共振,利用INV3018CT型24位高精度数据采集仪与DASP-V10分析软件进行测试分析。首先通过试验模态和工作频率的测试,判定振动筛在近7阶结构固有频率附近工作;然后测出筛机6个测点的振动轨迹,与模态振型相对比确定筛机发生结构共振;最后通过左右侧板6个测点X、Y、Z三向振幅和相位,定量计算筛机变形程度,判断出振动筛易损坏区域,为其选择合理的工况点提供依据。
In order to accurately confirm the structure resonance of ZKX2448 linear vibrating screen,the INV3018 CT 24bits high precision data acquisition instrument and DASP- V10 analysis software were applied for data collection and analysis. According to experimental modal and working frequency testing,the working frequency of vibrating screen was around 7 order inherent frequency; then vibration tracks of six measuring points on the screen were measured,which were compared with the modal shape confirming the structure resonance; finally,based on amplitude and phase of the 6 points in X, Y, Z three directions, deformation degree was obtained quantitatively, and the vulnerable parts were found,providing basis for selection of reasonable working conditions.
