摘要
某热电厂热力首站的热网循环泵(3用1备)采用电动机带动,为降低耗电量,提出将热网循环泵由小型汽轮机带动(进汽由热电机组抽汽提供)。对改造方案中的小型汽轮机选型、小型汽轮机排汽利用价值进行计算分析。改造方法为将3台热网循环泵改为由小型汽轮机带动,3台小型汽轮机排汽作为1台换热器进汽进一步利用。
Heat-supply network circulation pumps (three for use and one for backup) of the first station for a thermal power plant were driven by mo- tors. In order to reduce power consumption, it is pro- posed that the heat-supply network circulation pumps are driven by small-sized steam turbines. The steam admission is provided by the thermal power unit steam extraction. The lectotype of small-sized steam turbines and the utilization value of their exhaust steam in the innovation scheme are calculated and analyzed. Three heat-supply network circulation pumps are driven by small-sized steam turbines instead of motors, and the exhaust steam from three small-sized steam turbines is used as the steam admission for one heat exchanger.
