摘要
当前背景下,培养大学生稳定而持久的自主学习行为是高等教育重要目标。此前研究普遍强调动机对学习行为的内在驱动,并证明了学习动机对自主学习行为的积极性影响,但对学习动机促成自主行为的机制研究并不深入。以广东六所高校1156名在校大学生为研究对象的实证研究表明,学习动机对自主学习行为的促进存在直接和间接效应,学习能力是其促进效应的中介变量。研究结果还发现,性别、年级与专业对其促进效应有显著的调节作用。
Currently,it has become an increasingly important goal of higher education to cultivate the stable and enduring learning behaviors.Prior research mainly focuses on and proves the positive impact of motivation on learning behaviors,however few studies explore the mechanism on how motivation influences learning autonomy. The present study conducted a survey with 1156 valid samples collected in six universities in Guangzhou. After the correlation analysis,structural equation modeling( SEM) and competitive models comparison,we found the following results:( 1)Learning motivation can help students cultivate learning autonomy directly and indirectly at the same time.( 2) Learning competence mediates the relationship between learning motivation and autonomy significantly.( 3)Gender,grade and major moderate the influence of motivation on promoting learning autonomy.
