益肾降浊方联合结肠透析疗法对慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态及肾功能的影响

Influence of Yishen Jiangzhuo Prescription (益肾降浊方) Combined with Colon Dialysis Therapy on Inflammation and Renal Function in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨益肾降浊方联合结肠透析疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:选择66例慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机原则分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在临床基础治疗的基础上给予结肠透析治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益肾降浊方治疗,以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程后,分析比较两组患者的肾功能相关指标、微炎症状态以及ALB和β-MG的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.9%,对照组为72.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α和h S-CRP含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Scr、BUN指标均出现显著降低(P<0.05),Ccr指标出现显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的Scr、BUN指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ccr指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ALB和β-MG含量均出现显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后ALB和β-MG含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾降浊方联合结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,能够有效延缓病情的发展,减轻患者的微炎症状态,改善患者的肾功能。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Prescription combined with colon dialysis therapy in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods： According to the principle of voluntary random, the 66 chronic renal failure patients were divided into treatment and control groups. The patients were given clinical treatment in two groups. Patients were also treated by colon dialysis therapy in control group and Yishen Jiangzhuo Prescription combined with colon dialysis therapy in treatment group. Results： The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group and 72.7% in control group; The treatment group showed significantly higher total effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）; The treatment group showed lower serum TNF alpha and hS - CRP levels than the control group （P〈0.05）; The Scr and BUN were significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, while the Ccr was increased in the two groups （P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed lower Scr and BUN than the control group （P〈0.05）, while higher Ccr than the control group （P〈 0.05）; The content of the ALB and I3-MG were significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group showed lower content of the ALB and β-MG than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Yishen Jiangzhuo Prescription combined with colon dialysis therapy in patients with chronic renal failure can effectively slow down the development of the disease, relieve micro inflammation and improve renal function.
