摘要
"十三五"期间是氯碱行业解决深层次结构性问题和矛盾的关键期。依据国家相关产业政策和规划,探索氯碱行业发展路径。重点从原料多元化、发展化工新材料、开发氟硅材料、开发高端专用化学品、传统产业转型升级、基础产品原料路线改变、低碳与节能环保、发展模式创新等众多方面给氯碱行业发展带来的机会进行分析。
The thirteenth five-year plan period was critical for China＇ s chlor - alkali industry to resolve the deep-seated structural problems and contradictions and to explore development paths on the basis of relevant national industrial polices and stocks, development of novel chemical materials, high-end special chemicals, transformation and u plans. Many new situations, such as diversified feed development of fluorosilicone materials, development of pgrading of traditional industry, change in raw material routes for basic products, low-carbon, energy efficiency and environmental protection, and innovation in development patterns, created development opportunities for China＇ s chlor - alkali industry. These opportunities were analyzed emphatically.
