摘要
以郑州地铁1号线新郑州大学站1、2号出入口通道暗挖段为工程实例,着重介绍CRD法浅埋暗挖小导管超前注浆施工工艺,并给出CRD法施工要点和技术措施,目前1、2号出入口通道已经施工结束,未出现任何工程质量问题。因此,在郑州西区地层的CRD法浅埋暗挖施工中,小导管代替管棚能够满足工程要求。该研究成果可为郑州市地铁后续工程和全国类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。
The 1stand 2ndaccess passages in new Zhengzhou University station of No. 1 subway line of ZhengzhouCity were taken as engineering examples, the entrance channel excavation as an engineering example, the construc-tion technology of small pipe grouting used in CRD shallow buried excavation method was introduced in detail, andthe construction and technical measures for CRD shallow buried excavation method were also pointed out, the 1stand2 ndaccess passages were finished and no quality questions were found. So pipe grouting construction can be used totake place of large pipe shed in West Zhengzhou and can meet with the engineering requirements. Related researchresults in this paper can provide reference for the design and construction of Zhengzhou Metro follow-up project andnational similar projects.
