高校涉海专业女大学生职业指导的问题思考——以广东海洋大学水产学院为例

Reflection on Ocean-related Majors' Female University Students' Career Guidance——Taking Fisheries College of Guangdong Ocean University for Example

随着建设海洋强国战略目标的提出,结合高校涉海专业女生就业的现实情况,加强对高校涉海专业女大学生的职业指导具有重要意义。利用广东海洋大学水产学院2010—2014年涉海专业的女大学生就业的相关数据,分析涉海专业女大学生就业的现状、原因,指出加强对涉海专业女大学生职业指导的意义和途径。

With the proposal of the strategic objective of building China into a maritime power, taking into accmmt the current em- ployment situation of ocean-related majors＇ female university students, this paper holds that career guidance for ocean-related majors＇ fe- male Lmiversity students is of great significance. Using the relevant information of ocean-related majors＇ female university students in Fisheries College of Guangdong Ocean University from 2010 to 2014 and analyzing the current situation of their employment and the rea- sons, this paper points out the importance of strengthening their career guidance and channels.
