摘要
建立了多元线性回归模型、模糊综合评价模型、有效性评估模型等模型,利用MATLAB等软件对上海市出租车供求关系和打车难问题进行了研究。得出上海市长期存在出租车打车难问题;在每单给予司机10元的补贴方案下,普陀区、黄埔区等9个市中心区县的打车难问题可以得到有效缓解,而闵行区等4个市周边区县的打车难问题不能得到有效缓解等结论。最后,根据距离和损失之间的关系,制定了新的补贴方案。
The multiple linear regression model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and effectiveness evaluation model were established, then using the MATLAB software to research the relationship of taxi's supply and demand and the problem of taking a taxi difficultly in Shanghai. It was concluded that the problem of taking a taxi difficultly in Shanghai had existed for a long time and in the scheme of every single giving driver 10 Yuan, the problem of taking a taxi difficultly can be effectively solved in 9 downtown districts, such as Bhuta district and Huangpu district, it couldn't be effectively solved in 4 surrounding districts, such as Min-hang district.Fi-nally, we made the new subsidy program according to the relationship between the distance and loss.
