摘要
在简要介绍了负压波法检测与定位原理的基础上,定性分析了成品油管道单介质输送条件下多种因素对定位精度的影响。结合管道顺序输送过程的水力特性,发现混油经过泵站期间引起压力波的剧烈扰动可能"屏蔽"泄漏信号;当管内同时存在多种油品时,各油品长度与混油界面的位置均对定位精度有较大影响。提出了研发顺序输送管道泄漏检测与定位软件要与界面跟踪相结合的建议,并给出了相应的计算方法。
On the basis of the introduction of detection and positioning principle using negative pressure wave,the influence of various factors on the positioning accuracy under the condition of single medium transport through oil product pipeline is analyzed qualitatively. Combined with the hydraulic characteristics of batching transport process,it is found that the disturbance of pressure wave caused by mixed oil flowing through pumping station may shield the leakage signal; when there are a variety of oil products in the pipeline,the length of each oil product stream and the mixed oil interface position will greatly affect positioning accuracy. A proposal for combination of the research and development of the pipeline leakage detection and positioning software with interface tracking is presented,and the corresponding calculation method is given.
