社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响研究

The Effects Study of Social Capital on Entrepreneurial Intention of Rural Migrant Workers' Returning Hometown

农民工返乡创业为农村经济发展带来新的生机和活力,社会资本对返乡农民工创业意愿具有很大影响。本文关注社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响,提出理论框架,利用广西和河南两地265份调研数据进行实证分析。结果表明:社会资本中的网络规模、网络质量、人际信任和互惠关系对农民工返乡创业意愿有显著正向影响,网络强度和义务规范的作用并不显著。在此基础上提出促进农民工返乡创业的政策建议。

Entrepreneurial activities of rural migrant workers after returning hometown bring new energy to rural economy in China. Social networks, as forms of network, norm and trust, have an influential impact on rural migrant workers ＇ entrepreneurial intentions. This paper analyzes the effects of social capital on rural migrant workers＇ returning hometown en- trepreneurial intention based on a theoretical framework and a field survey in Guangxi and Henan provinces in China. The empirical results shows that network size, network quality, interpersonal trust and reciprocal relationship have significant positive impacts on the retur- ning hometown entrepreneurial intentions. However, the effects of network strength and obligations are not significant. On the basis of the above analysis, some policy suggestions are put forward for the further promotion of rural migrant workers＇ returning hometown en- trepreneurship.
