摘要
运用对比分析法、文献研究法等,阐释开发区土地利用分类的形式、内容及与其他分类的区别,探讨开发区土地利用分类的实用性。结果表明:开发区土地按照土地建设状况和供应状况划分为2类,统一编码排列;分类反映了不同的土地基本特性和本质差异,体现了由大到小、由一般到特殊、由高级到低级的等级层次,存在明显的从属和逻辑关系,且2种分类之间存在明显的并列关系;开发区土地利用分类与其他土地利用分类系统在分类目的、适用对象、分类标准、层次设定等方面都有所不同,且应在土地分类中以科学方式增加一些新兴产业地类的分类。
The purpose of this study is to illustrate the form and content of land use classification in development zone and the difference from other classifications, and discuss the practicability of land use classification in development zone by using comparative analysis and literature re-search.The results indicate that the land in development zone is divided into two categories according to land construction and supply situation , and they are coded and arranged;classification reflects the basic characteristics and essence differences of land , there exists the grade level from large to small, general to specific, senior to junior, which has obvious subordinate and logical relations, and there is obvious parallel relationship between two kinds of classifications;classification of land use in development zone is different from other classification systems at classification purpose, application object, classification standard and level set.Moreover, land use classification of some emerging industries should be added in the classification system in scientific way .
