摘要
高石001-X4井是四川盆地高石梯构造震旦系灯影组气藏的一口开发井,该井储层裂缝发育、安全密度窗口窄,H2S含量高,常规钻井钻遇裂缝后则会引发严重井漏、喷漏同存,造成井控风险大。应用精细控压钻井技术,在同一裸眼井段钻遇多个不同压力系数的溢漏显示层,通过合理压力控制,确保了钻井作业安全顺利进行,延长了钻井井段,增大了储层泄流面积,提高了单井产量,取得了良好的应用效果,为将来采用精细控压钻井技术开发高石梯灯影组气藏积累了经验。
GS001-X4 well is a development one for the Sinian Dengying gas reservoir of Gaoshiti structure, Sichuan Basin. With developed fractures and high H2 S content, this reservoir has narrow safe density window. During a conventional drilling, fractures often cause serious lost circulation as well as blowout, resulting in big well-control risks. Therefore, a technology of fine managed pressure drilling was applied to several encountered layers appearing overflow and leakage with various pressure coefficients in one open-hole interval. After reasonable pressure control,this technology can ensure safety for this drilling, extend the drilling interval, enlarge the reservoir discharging area, and improve the production of single well. It provides better experience for future development.
