摘要
目的探讨间接粘结技术的临床效果,研究双层硅橡胶转移技术完成托槽从工作模型到牙面转移后托槽粘结的准确性,评价间接粘结技术对唇侧矫治托槽定位的影响,优化与简化间接粘结技术在临床中的应用。方法选择重庆医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科恒牙期正畸患者100例,其中拔牙组50例,非拔牙组50例,均采用间接粘结技术粘接唇侧矫治托槽,分别各测量3次托槽粘接在工作模型上的线距和角度,采用双层硅橡胶技术转移托槽到牙面后托槽的线距和角度,并运用SPSS13.0软件对前后同一测量指标进行配对t检验的统计分析。结果采用间接粘接的唇侧托槽在用硅橡胶技术转移后,牙齿上实际位置的线距测量差值从―0.25mm到0.18mm,轴倾角角度测量差值从―2.7°到2.8°,托槽在垂直向、水平向以及角度的位置没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论间接粘接技术能准确定位托槽,同时双层硅橡胶转移托盘能够把托槽精确地转移到患者的牙面上,为临床操作寻求一种快速、简便、准确的唇侧托槽转移提供参考。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of indirect bonding technology and study the accuracy of labial brackets placement with double silicon rubber transfer tray, which transfers the brackets from working model to patients' teeth, and impact assessment of indirect bonding technique for labial brackets placement; so as to improve the application and optimization of indirect bonding technique in clinic. Methods We chose 100 cases of malocclusion from Orthodontic Department of Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University, including 50 cases in extraction group and 50 in non-extraction group. The indirect bonding technique and bonding labial brackets were used in all of them. We measured the line distance and angle of bracket bonding on working model, as well as the line distance and angle after transferring the brackets with double silicone rubber. The paired t-test was used to analyze measurement indexes by using SPSS13.0 software package. Results Before and after transfer, the difference in line distance measurement on the tooth ranged from --0.25 mm to 0.18 mm, and the difference in the angle of axis measurement ranged from -2.7 degree to 2.8 degree. The vertical, horizontal, and angle positions of transfer brackets did no significantly change (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Indirect bonding technique can improve the accuracy of the fixed bracket, and at the same time double silicone transfer tray is accurately transferred to the patient's tooth with no specific instrument, which provides reference for indirect bonding technique to transfer labial brackets rapidly, conveniently and accurately.
