吹脱-Fenton氧化法预处理头孢制药废水 被引量:1

摘要 采用吹脱-Fenton氧化法对某制药厂头孢类废水进行预处理,综合考察了各种因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:氨氮吹脱实验中,在pH值为12,反应温度35℃,吹脱时间120min,气液比1 800下,废水的氨氮去除率可达到95.4%;Fenton氧化出水最优工艺条件为pH值4,反应时间60min,n(Fe^(2+))/n(H_2O_2)为1/3,H_2O_2的投入量20mL·L^(-1),此时,CODCr去除率为40.8%。制药废水经预处理后,废水的可生化性由初始的0.16上升至0.55,生化性显著提高,为后续生化处理提供了有利条件。 The pharmaceutical wastewater of Cephalosporin was pretreated by ammonia blowing-Fenton oxidation,and the effects of various factors on the treatment efficiency were investigated Synthetically.The results show that the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen could reach 95.4%at the pH value of 12,temperature of 35℃,blowing time of120 min,air-liquid ratio of 1 800 on the experiment of ammonia blowing.The optimal technological conditions for Fenton oxidation experiment were obtained as the pH value of 4,reaction time of 60 min,n(Fe^2+)/n(H2O2)of 1/3,H2O2 dosage of 20mL·L^-1,and the removal rate of CODCrcould reach 40.8%.After the pretreatment,the pharmaceutical wastewater′s biodegradability has increased obviously from the initial 0.16to0.55,which provided advantages for the subsequent biochemical treatment.
