中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院2014年6月~2016年6月收治的过敏性鼻炎患儿80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组给患儿口服孟鲁司特钠,观察组在以上基础上联合使用中药辩证治疗,比较两种方法的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎获得显著的临床疗效且安全性高。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods 80 cases of allergic rhinitis in children in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected. Children were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was given oral administration of sodium,observation group received traditional chinese medicine dialectical treatment on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than control（P〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than control（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can obtain significant clinical curative effect,with high safety.
