摘要
目的研究探讨影响基层医院护理人员规范给药因素。方法随机调查2016年3-5月我院各科护士80名,分析影响给原因以及一般资料。结果工作劳累、工作环境影响98.67%,97.33%;药物名称与药品包装86.66%,82.67%;工作流程、医嘱系统74.67%,77.33%;培训影响规范给药占比84%。结论管理人员应当降低相关因素所带来的影响程度,以此来减少给药错误率。
Objective To study the influence of nursing staff in basic level hospitals to standardize the drug administration. Methods A random survey of 3 ~5 months of 2016 in our hospital 80 nurses,to cause and effect analysis of general information. Results Work fatigue,work environment influence 98.67%,97.33%. Drug name and drug packaging 86.66%,82.67%. Work flow,doctor＇s advice system 74.67%,77.33%. Training influence standard to medicine accounting for 84%. Conclusion Managers should reduce the impact of related factors,in order to reduce the rate of medication errors.
