中药外敷联合电子灸疗、热疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿30例

Thirty Cases with Upper-Limb Edema Due to Postoperative Breast Cancer Treated with External Application of Chinese Medicine Combined with Electronic Moxibustion and Thermal Therapy

目的:观察中药外敷联合电子灸疗、热疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的治疗效果。方法:选取2012年1月—2015年12月秦皇岛市中医院肿瘤科门诊及住院的乳腺癌患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予5%葡萄糖250 m L加丹参注射液20 m L静脉滴注,并配合局部肢体功能锻炼,治疗组给予中药局部外敷联合电子灸疗、热疗治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合电子灸疗、热疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿疗效良好。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of external application of Chinese medicine combined with electronic moxibustion and thermal therapy on upper-limb edema due to postoperative breast cancer. Methods：Totally 60 patients with upper-limb edema due to postoperative breast cancer treated in the Oncology Department of this hospital between January,2012 and December,2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group were given 5% Glucose of 250 mL added with intravenous dripping of Danshen Injection of 20 mL combined with local limb functional exercise;treatment group were given external local application of Chinese medicine combined with electronic moxibustion and thermal therapy. Results：The effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 66.7% in control group ;treatment group were better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： External application of Chinese medicine combined with electronic moxibustion and thermal therapy has excellent effects on upper-limb edema due to postoperative breast cancer.
