课堂奖励的负效应及其纾解对策 被引量:1

摘要 课堂奖励作为传统的教育手段依旧盛行至今,根本原因在于人们对其负面效应风险的忽视,导致在实际运用中,滥用、错用课堂奖励现象比比皆是。针对此种漏洞,从学生和教师两方面探讨分析了课堂奖励的负效应风险,在此基础上从课堂奖励实施的前提、指向、方式以及师生奖励观等四个角度提出纾解对策。
