摘要
在战略领域,战略制定一直是研究的主导视角。在企业家思想领域也是如此,大多数研究关注于企业家思想的战略导向作用,甚少关注企业家思想在战略执行中的作用。因此,本文着眼于企业家思想影响下执行力导向管理模式的形成,以恒大集团许家印为例,得出两项主要结论:一是企业家思想通过影响管理模式而具有战略执行导向;二是由案例分析中总结出一个企业执行力模型,即集权化管理模式、制度化管理模式、文化管理模式是执行力导向管理模式的三种途径,分别通过效率性、标准性和一致性的提高打造企业执行力,形成市场竞争力。
How to formulate a strategy has long been a main focus in the strategy research field, and so does in entrepreneurial mindset field. Most researches pay more attention on how entrepreneurial mindset influences strategy formulation 'out little on strategy execution. Thus, this paper focuses on how entrepreneurial mindset influences execution oriented management mode, and takes Evergrande Group and the founder an example. Through case study, we finally draw two main conclusions. First, entrepreneurial mindset can influence the strategy execution through taking effect in management mode. Second, this paper educes an execution model: execution oriented management mode includes three paths, which are centralization, institutionalization and culture, respectively improving efficiency, standard and uniformity to reach high execution and then market competitiveness.
