摘要
中医内科学作为一门实践性极强的学科,其教学在整个中医人才培养阶段显得尤为重要。青年教师是教育教学的中坚力量,积极探讨《中医内科学》"双师型"青年教师教学团队建设的有效途径及方法,对于提高教学质量和中医合格临床人才培养具有十分重要的意义。
The internal medicine of TCM is characteristic of practice and the teaching, and is particularly important in the stage of TCM personnel training. Young teachers are the backbone of the education. Exploring actively on effective ways to construct the dou-ble young teachers teaching team of internal medicine of TCM has the extremely vital significance to improve teaching quality and cultivate qualified clinical medical staff in TCM.
