摘要
目的统计分析黑龙江省34台在用医用电子直线加速器性能检测结果,对不合格项目原因进行分析,提出改进意见和建议。方法依据国家职业卫生标准GB15213-94、GB/T19046-2003、GBZ126-2011中提出的方法,对医用电子直线加速器进行检测。结果黑龙江省在用医用电子直线加速器初检合格率为67.6%,经校准调试后合格率为94.1%。结论造成加速器质量控制结果不合格的因素多,但绝大部分是可以避免和减少的,少数医院对质量控制观念淡薄,相应工作需要加强。
Objective To analyze the reasons of unqualified items in 34 sets of Heilongjiang Province in the use of medical linear accelerator, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods According to the method proposed by the national occupational health standard GB15213-94, GB/T19046-2003 and GBZ126-2011, the medical electron linear accelerator was tested. Results In Heilongjiang Province, the qualified rate of initial inspection of medical linear accelerator was 67.6%, and the qualified rate was 94.1% after calibration. Conclusion The factors that cause the quality control of accelerator are not qualified, but most of them can be avoided and reduced. A few hospitals are not able to control the quality of the quality control, and the work needs to be strengthened.
