Basis of circuit analysis is a basic curriculum for students majored in electrical engineering and electronic information and its teaching reform is of great significance. The reform should regard the development of electrical and electronic technology and the professional personnel training as a goal. This paper discusses common issues and key reform points in the process of reform from four aspects of the reform concept, teaching approaches, teaching assistance and examination and evaluation.
