摘要
通过实验分析与数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对双层不锈钢复合板与碳钢、不锈钢及其三层板的轧制复合过程的冷轧退火进行研究,阐述了影响轧制工艺的综合性因素,以便于能够提高双金属层状型复合材料的界面结合强度,从而能够提高双金属的复合轧制工艺效率。
Combining with the research methods of experimental analysis and numerical simulation,cold rolling and annealing during the roll-bonding process of double layer stainless steel composite plate and carbon steel,stainless steel and three-layered plate are studied,and explains the comprehensive factors influencing the rolling process,in order to improve the interface bonding strength of bimetal layered composite material,and improve efficiency of the composite rolling process of bimetal.
