畸变耳声发射在外伤后听力评估中的临床研究

Clinical study on the distortion product of otoacoustic emission in the assessment of post-traumatic hearing loss

目的探讨畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)在外伤后听力评估中的应用价值。方法对25例我院门诊及住院外伤后述有听力下降患者行常规听力学和DPOAE检测。结果纯音听阈异常,DPOAE正常者15例;纯音听阈正常,DPOAE正常者5例;纯音听阈异常,DPOAE异常者5例;脑干诱发电位检测异常者3例。结论 DPOAE可作为外伤后鉴别伪聋的重要的听力学检测手段。

Objective To study the value of distortion product otoacoustic emission（DPOAE） in the evaluation of post-traumatic hearing loss. Methods 25 cases complaining about hearing loss after trauma were tested by routine audiometry and DPOAE. Results15 cases were abnormal by pure tone audiometry and normal by DPOAE. 5 cases were normal by pure tone audiometry and normal by DPOAE. 5 cases were abnormal by pure tone audiometry and abnormal by DPOAE. 3 cases were abnormal by auditory brain-stem response. Conclusion DPOAE can be used as an important audiological test in identifing Pseudohypacusis after trauma.
