摘要 介绍了3种关于羊毛与桑蚕丝混纺织物定量分析的方法,即75%硫酸法、浓盐酸法、甲酸-氯化锌法,并指出了75%硫酸法对羊毛损伤较大的问题。文中探讨了浓盐酸法、甲酸-氯化锌法的羊毛纤维质量修正系数,并采用75%硫酸法、浓盐酸法、甲酸-氯化锌法测试了羊毛与桑蚕丝混纺针织面料及梭织面料中羊毛的含量。结果表明:浓盐酸法、甲酸-氯化锌法对羊毛纤维质量损失影响较小;对于羊毛与桑蚕丝混纺针织及梭织面料,浓盐酸法及甲酸-氯化锌法测得羊毛含量与面料实际配比比较接近,而硫酸法测得羊毛含量与真实配比相差较远,且羊毛损伤较大,可以采用浓盐酸法或甲酸-氯化锌法代替75%硫酸法。 This paper introduces three kinds of quantitative analysis about wool and mulberry silk blended fabric, i.e., 75% sulfuric acid method, concentrated hydrochloric acid method and formic acid-zinc chloride method, and points out 75% sulfuric acid method has large damage on wool. It discusses wool fiber quality correction coef- ficient of concentrated hydrochloric acid method and formic acid-zinc chloride method, and the wool content of wool and silk blended knitted and woven fabrics are tested by the 75% sulfuric acid method, concentrated hy- drochloric acid method and formic acid-zinc chloride method, respectively. The results show that the methods of concentrated hydrochloric acid and formic acid-zinc chloride have small damage on wool and silk blended knitted and woven fabrics. The content of wool is close to the actual ratio by concentrated hydrochloric acid method and formic acid-zinc chloride method, but the wool content and the real proportion are far different by sulfuric acid method, and the damage of wool is larger. It suggests using concentrated hydrochloric acid or formic acid-zinc chloride method instead of 75% sulfuric acid.
