吕梁山洗煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺改造实践

摘要 为解决吕梁山洗煤厂粗精煤灰分偏高的问题,在对生产问题与产生原因分析的基础上,结合国内外粗煤泥分选技术应用现状,采用三锥水介旋流器构建了粗煤泥单独分选系统,以实现对其有效处理。与原分级旋流器相比,三锥水介旋流器的溢流产率高13.06个百分点,灰分低2.60个百分点,底流灰分高12.03个百分点,可使更多精煤得到回收。该旋流器在现场投入应用后,经过两年多的调整与运行,各项工艺指标均达到或超过预期设计,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 The cleaned coarse slime is found to be a bit too high in ash. For solving this problem, an analysis is made of the causes and existing processing conditions together with a general survey of the state- of-the-art of the technologies currently available for the separation of coarse slime both at home and abroad. Based on the result of investigation, it is decided to treat the coarse slime with a separate 3-cone water-only cyclone washing system. Compared with the classifier cyclone originally used, the use of the 3- cone cyclone has led to an increase of the yield of overflow by 13.06 percentage points, a drop of overflow ash by 2.60 percentage points and an increase of underflow ash by 12.03 percentage points, enabling, as a result, more clean coal to be recovered. As evidenced by field operation over the past 2 more years, the performance of the renovated washing system has reached or surpassed the designed expectations in various technical aspects, this bringing about a favorable economic and social result.
