中西医结合治疗胰腺炎48例

Forty-Eight Cases of Pancreatitis Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择96例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用清胰汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后证候积分变化情况、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶阳性率。结果:对照组有效率为77.08%,治疗组有效率为95.83%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶阳性率低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胰腺炎临床疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical cm＇ative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on pancreatitis. Methods：Ninety-six patients with acute pancreatitis were chosen and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.with 48 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment ,while the ones in the treatment group were added Qingyi Decoction （QYD） based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects,the ehanges of syndrome score before and after the treatment ,the positive rates of serum amylase and urine amylase were ob- served. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 77.08% ,while that of the treatment group was 95.83% ;And the differ- ence between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ posilive rates of serum amylase and urine amylase were lower than those before the treatment;The treatment group was lower than the control group;And the diffe, rence between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before the treatment ;The treatment group was lower than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on pancreatitis.can greatly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and their survival quality.
