摘要
选取了东部浙江、中部河南和西部宁夏回族自治区为典型代表,从农村环境卫生现状、管理投入和农民的环保意识等方面,分析了我国农村环境卫生管理现状;并从法律法规和技术对比分析了我国与发达国家在农村环境卫生管理上的差异与不足;阐述了我国农村环境卫生管理的发展趋势。
From the east,central and west of China,we selected Zhejiang,Henan,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region respectively as typical provinces. The present situation of rural environmental sanitation management was analyzed from the aspects of rural environmental sanitation situation,management investment and rural residents＇ awareness of environmental protection. Then,we compared and analyzed the differences and shortcomings in rural environmental sanitation manage-ment between China and developed countries from legal regulations and technologies. The developing tendency of rural envi-ronmental sanitation management in China was stated.
