摘要
从物理性能、车组运用情况、制动控制逻辑、线路条件等各方面对兰新线动车组在运用中出现的闸片摩擦体裂损问题进行了分析,通过仿真计算和线路试验验证了闸片摩擦体裂损的根本原因,并制定了解决措施。
The cracking of the friction piece in the pads,which appeared in operation of multiple units on Lanxin Line,is analyzed from such aspects as physical performance,train-set operation,brake control logic and track conditions.The fundamental causes to the cracking of the friction piece in the pads are verified through simulation calculation and testing on track.And the measures for solution are set up.
