摘要
以聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)为软段,甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和3,3-二氯-4,4-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为硬段,氢氧化镁(MH)为填料,采用两步法制备了热塑性聚氨酯/氢氧化镁(TPU/MH)复合材料。通过极限氧指数(LOI)测试、热重分析(TGA)、拉伸测试和维卡软化点测试研究了MH质量分数对复合材料阻燃性、热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,MH的加入使TPU的阻燃性和热稳定性得到提高。MH质量分数为30%的复合材料,LOI和最快失重温度比纯TPU分别增加了14.3℃和18.3℃。但是,由于与基体的结合力较弱,MH对TPU的力学性能造成了一定损失。
Thermoplastic polyurethane/magnesium hydroxide(TPU/MH)composites were prepared with polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG)as soft segment,toluene diisocyanate(TDI)and 3,3-dichloro-4,4-diaminodiphenyl methane(MOCA)as hard segment,magnesium hydroxide(MH)as filler.The effects of MH content on the fire resistance,thermal stability and mechanical properties of composites were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOI)test,thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),tensile test and vicat softening point test.Results showed that the addition of MH improved both fire resistance and thermal stability of TPU.The LOIand fastest weight loss temperature of the composites with 30% MH were increased by 18.3℃and14.3than pure TPU.However,the weak binding force between MH and matrix led to the mechanical properties of composites decreased.
