摘要
结合"食品微生物学"的教学实际情况,对该课程传统考核模式的改革进行探讨,以建立新的科学考核方式,从而增强学生学习的主观能动性,提高教学质量。
Reform and exploration of examination methods of Food Microbiology is combined with the actual teaching situation.The new scientific examination method is established. The aim is to strengthen students' subjective initiative and improve teaching quality.
