摘要
目的探讨高温雾化吸入顺铂联合康莱特对晚期肺癌患者的治疗效果及相应症状的改善情况。方法选择2015年1月~2016年1月我院住院治疗的不能接受手术的晚期肺癌患者35例作为实验组,另选择同期住院保守治疗的65例晚期肺癌患者作为对照组。对照组患者接受常规基础治疗,实验组患者接受高温雾化吸入顺铂联合康莱特治疗,于治疗结束后观察并记录患者症状缓解情况、治疗前后的淋巴细胞亚群变化、Karnofsky评分、体重变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗的体重变化和Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的CD_4^+、CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、NK的水平明显高于治疗前,CD_8^+水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的CD_4^+、CD_3^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、CD_8^+、NK的水平变化明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,两组患者均有不良反应,主要有恶心呕吐、便秘腹泻、血小板减少,实验组的相应不良反应分别为12例(34.29%)、10例(28.57%)、11例(31.43%),对照组分别为27例(41.54%)、19例(54.29%)、24例(36.92%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者治疗的总有效率(85.7%)显著高于对照组(63.1%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高温雾化吸入顺铂联合康莱特治疗晚期肺癌患者的操作简单,疗效确切,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect by high temperature atomization inhalation of cisplatin com- bined with Kanglaite on patients with advanced lung cancer, and study the improvement of corresponding symptoms. Methods A total of 35 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were not accepted for surgery as the experimental group, and another 65 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected as the control group. Patients in the control group were received routine treatment, and patients of experimental group were received high temperature atomization inhalation treatment of cisplatin combined with Kanglaite. The changes of lymphocyte subsets, Karnofsky score, weight change and adverse reaction of patients were observed and recorded before and after the treatment. Results The change of body weight and karnofsky scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The levels of CD4+, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, NK in two groups of patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the level of CD8+ was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically signif- icant(P〈0.05); the level changes of CD4+, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, CD8+ and NK in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). During the period of treatment, patients in two groups all had adverse reactions include nausea and vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, the corresponding adverse reaction in experimental group were 12 cases(34.29%), 10 cases(28.57%), 11 cases (31.43%), and 27 cases(41.54%), 19 cases (54.29%), 24 cases (36.92%) in control group respectively, and no statistically signifi- cant difference(P〉0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group(85.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.1%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion High temperature atom- ization inhalation of eisplatin combined with Kanglaite in treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer has the ad- vantages of simple operation, exact curative effect, and it is worth in clinical promotion.
