LI Yuxian, an attending doctor with plentiful experience in treating miscellaneous diseases of inter-nal medicine, who inherited and developed the spleen and stomach doctrine ofHuangDi NeiJing and used it to guide clinical treatment and made a difference. This paper summarized LI＇s experiences, for better guiding the treatment of the spleen and stomach diseases in TCM.
