脑卒中后抑郁是脑卒中后常见的并发症,不仅会影响患者的肢体功能恢复,还会影响患者的日常生活能力及心理状况、社会参与等,从而影响患者的生活质量。其与病灶部位、神经功能缺损程度、受教育程度、病程、病人的年龄、性别、性格、社会支持、家庭关系等因素有关。脑卒中后抑郁的发生是多因素共同作用的结果,主要包括神经生物学因素和社会心理学因素,不仅要了解疾病的趋势,更要积极治疗,改善家庭功能,提高照料者的护理能力,积极协助患者康复训练,引起高度重视,早期发现,早期干预。

Post stroke depression（PSD） is a common complication which can not only affect the recovery of the limbs but also in- fluence the daily living capability and mental state, social participation, thus impacting the life quality of the patients. It is related to the location of the disease, degree of the neurologic impairment, education level, course of disease, age, gender, disposition of the patients, social support and family relationship. PSD is the result of muhiple factors including neurologic biological factor and so- cial psychological factor. It is advisable to understand the trend of the disease,ensure active treatment,improve family function, enhance the nursing ability of the caregiver and actively give assistance for the patients＇ rehabilitation training. Pay high attention and try early discovery and early intervention.
