甲状腺良恶性结节超声应变率比值的差异评估及其与细胞凋亡、侵袭的相关性

Difference in ultrasonic strain ratio between benign and malignant thyroid nodules and its correlation with cell apoptosis and invasion

目的：研究甲状腺良恶性结节超声应变率比值的差异及其与细胞凋亡、侵袭的相关性。方法：选择2014年4月~2016年4月在北京市武警总医院经超声检查发现甲状腺结节的130例患者,根据病理结果区分良恶性结节。行甲状腺超声弹性成像并测定应变率比值（S/R）,取甲状腺活检组织或手术切除组织并测定凋亡、侵袭相关分子的含量。结果：甲状腺恶性结节的 S/R 显著高于良性结节；甲状腺恶性结节中 Wip1、Livin、MMP1、MMP9、TCF、β-catenin 的含量显著高于良性结节,CCNG2、PPZA2、Caspase9、Kiss-1、GPR54的含量显著低于良性结节；高 S/R 的甲状腺恶性结节中 Wip1、Livin、MMP1、MMP9、TCF、β-catenin 的含量显著高于低 S/R 结节,CCNG2、PPZA2、Caspase9、Kiss-1、GPR54的含量显著低于低 S/R 结节。结论：甲状腺恶性结节的超声 S/R 比值显著高于良性结节且 S/R 比值越高,恶性结节组织中细胞增殖、侵袭越旺盛。

Objective：To study the difference in ultrasonic strain ratio between benign and malignant thyroid nodules and its correlation with cell apoptosis and invasion.Methods：A total of 130 patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules by ultra-sonography in our hospital between April 2014 and April 201 6 were selected,and the pathological results were referred to dis-tinguish between benign and malignant nodules.Thyroid ultrasonic elastography was performed to determine strain ratio （S/R）,and thyroid biopsy tissue or surgically removed tissue was collected to determine the content of apoptosis and invasion-re-lated molecules.Results：S/R of malignant thyroid nodules was significantly higher than that of benign nodules;Wip1,Livin, MMP1,MMP9,TCF andβ-catenin content in malignant thyroid nodules were significantly higher than those in benign nodules while CCNG2,PPZA2,Caspase9,Kiss-1 and GPR54 content were significantly lower than those in benign nodules;Wip1, Livin,MMP1,MMP9,TCF andβ-catenin content in malignant thyroid nodules with high S/R were significantly higher than those in nodules with low S/R while CCNG2,PPZA2,Caspase9,Kiss-1 and GPR54 content were significantly lower than those in nodules with low S/R.Conclusions：Ultrasound S/R of malignant thyroid nodules is significantly higher than that of benign nodules and the higher the S/R,the more exuberant the cell proliferation and invasion in malignant nodule tissue.
