摘要
研究采用超高效液相色谱仪,配有FLR检测器,采用MycoSep 226多功能净化柱对酱油中的黄曲霉毒素B1,B2,G1,G2进行测定,得到回收率在83%-105%之间,最小检出限为0.25μg/kg,相关系数均为0.999以上,RSD为2.2%-6.9%,净化效果好。该方法快速、简单、定量准确,能够广泛应用于日常检测工作中。
This study uses ultra high performance liquid chromatograph,equipped with FLR detector with Mycosep 226 multifunctional purifying column to determine Aspergillus flavus toxin B1 ,B2 , G1 ,G2 in soy sauce,the recoveries are 83%-105%,the minimum detection limits are 0.25μg/kg, the correlation coefficients are all more than 0 .999 ,the RSDs are 2 .2%-6 .9%,the purifying effect is good.The method is rapid,simple and accurate,and can be widely used in routine testing.
