摘要
在汽车碰撞试验中,假人伤害值是最重要的结果参数。相同试验条件下,指定的车辆内的假人姿态是影响试验结果的最重要因素,而假人H点是假人定位的基础并最终决定假人姿态。HPM-Ⅱ是新一代H点测量装置,在不久的将来(10年左右)将取代原有的HPM装置。该装置是在第1代HPM装置的基础上,经过长期优化改进得到的。对HPM-Ⅱ装置的结构、功能、操作规范等进行了研究。结果表明,相对第1代HPM装置,HPM-Ⅱ装置具有明显优势。
Dummy injury is the most important output parameters in vehicle impact tests. In the same test condition,thedummy position will have an important influence on test results for a specified vehicle. The H point of the dummy is thefoundation of the dummy positioning,which will determine the dummy position in the end. The HPM-Ⅱ is a newgeneration H point measurement equipment,which will take the place of the old HPM specified in SAE J826 in the future.The HPM-Ⅱ was developed based on the old generation of HPM. The HPM-Ⅱ was deeply studied in this paper,includingstructure,function and operation procedure. It was found that HPM-Ⅱ has more advantages in H point measurementcompared to the old HPM.
