肿瘤手术无瘤技术配合中应用循证护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Combination of Tumor Surgery and Tumor Free Technique

目的:探讨肿瘤手术无瘤技术配合中应用循证护理的效果。方法:188例肿瘤手术患者按照护理方法分为对照组和研究组,各94例,对照组患者实行常规护理,研究组患者实行循证护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:研究组患者的基础护理合格率显著高于对照组,P<0.05,研究组患者的护理差错发生率、护理投诉率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的患者较对照组,肿瘤腹壁种植率明显偏低;研究组在术后1年患者存活率则比对照组明显要高(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤手术无瘤技术配合中运用循证护理干预措施,能增强手术护理的有效性及科学性,提高生存率,提高护理质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the combination of tumor surgery and tumor free technique. Methods： 188 cases of tumor patients in nursing were divided into control group and study group, each of 94 cases, control group received routine nursing care, the study group with the implementation of evidence-based nursing, the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results： The qualified rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the incidence of nursing errors in the study group, the rate of nursing complaints was significantly lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Compared with the control group, the rate of abdominal wall implantation was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group, the survival rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in the combination of tumor surgery and tumor free technology can enhance the effectiveness and scientific of surgical nursing, improve the survival rate and improve the quality of nursing.
