摘要
对湖北华润宜城板桥风电场的基本情况、风电场对电能质量影响的原理、风电场入网的电能质量技术规定进行了阐述,重点分析了板桥风电场入网电能质量检测及谐波治理。针对湖北华润宜城板桥风电场入网检测时发现的公共连接点处4次谐波电流超标问题,经测试分析给出了超标的原因及治理建议;风电场根据建议联系设备厂家,对相关设备进行调整,完成谐波治理;最后经检测电能质量合格,治理成功。
The basic situation of Hubei Huayun Yicheng Banqiao wind farm,wind power accessing the power grid power quality technical requirements are described,the implementation of Banqiao wind power access power quality detection and harmonic control are analyzed in detail.Common connection point found in Hubei Huarun Yicheng Banqiao wind power accessing the power grid power testing when the 4 harmonic current exceed the standard,the causes and treatment recommendations are analyzed by tests.According to the proposal,the equipment manufacturers are contacted to adjust the relevant equipments,harmonic is controlled.Finally,the power quality is qualified,and the management is successful.
