摘要
针对厚度小于2.0mm的热轧薄带全长卷取温度均匀性较差的问题,在分析升速轧制制度、终轧温度控制方式、带钢板形及轧制稳定性等因素对卷取温度均匀性影响的基础上,提出一种沿带钢全长变目标终冷温度的设定策略,目标终冷温度偏离目标卷取温度的程度可用温度补偿值来表征,卷取温度模型可根据各控制点距带钢头部或尾部起始点的距离,按照相应的温度偏差和斜率进行计算。现场应用表明:该策略可显著提升1.55mm厚的集装箱板、1.80mm厚的镀锡基板等热轧薄带的卷取温度均匀性。
For the coiling temperature uniformity problem along the whole hot rolled strip length with thickness of less than 2.0mm,especially on its head end or tail end.Based on the effect analysis of speed-up rolling scheme,the finishing temperature control(FTC)mode and the flatness of strip head end and rolling stability,a differentiated finishing cooling temperature setup strategy was represented which the finishing cooling temperature of each strip segment referenced for its cooling schedule calculation was different with the target coiling temperature.The offset temperature value could be inferred from the temperature interception value and temperature slop value according to the distance from the start point of the head end or tail end.Since the onsite application of this setup strategy,homogeneity and stability of the coiling temperature was obviously improved for the hot rolled thin gauge strip,such as the container plate with thickness 1.55 mm and the tinplate with thickness 1.80 mm.
