技术治理是当代全球社会治理的一个重要趋势,亦招致了众多批评。技术治理的证成逻辑由逻辑前提、科学管理的逻辑和专家政治的逻辑组成,借此可以对技术治理进行分类。对技术治理的否证,包括切断式否证和价值论否证两类,反技治主义者的意见亦值得商榷。通过选择新的科学方法论,吸取有益的反对意见,结合更切合实际的专家治国模式,可以建构更为合理的技术治理模式。

The technocracy is one of the important trends in contemporary politics all over the world, which incurs all kinds of criticism in the same time.The j ustification logic of technocracy includes logic premise,logic of scientific management and logic of expert politics,by which we could classify the technocracy.The falsification logic of technocracy consists of cutting-off falsification and axiological falsification,and opinions of anti-technocrat should be discussed further.A more reasonable mode of technocracy could be constructed by selecting new methodology of science,absorbing beneficial coun-terviews,and combining more practical mode of expert politics.
