摘要
目的:创建药学服务移动应用程序(APP),实现社区药师与患者的远程在线交流,提供精准的药学服务。方法:通过问卷调查、文献查阅和专家咨询,结合药学服务中的实际问题,设计药学服务APP的主要功能,包括药学资讯、合理用药、药学咨询、健康中心。结果:药学服务APP实现了患者与社区药师的对接。患者可通过APP客户端查询医院开具的处方信息,包括药品的基本信息,用法用量,还针对性地显示每个药品的相关提示。与此同时,患者能通过APP客户端及时咨询药师并提供药物使用效果反馈,弥补现有不良反应主要在医院收集的不足。结论:药学服务APP为患者与药师建立了一个新的远程沟通平台,是精准化药学服务的又一途径。
Objective :To create mobile applications (APP) for pharmaceutical services, and facilitate the communication between pharmacists and patients, and provide accurate pharmacy services. Methods:In addition to the considera- tion of practical problems in pharmaceutical services, we set up the main function of the APP according to questionnaire survey, literature consulting and expert consultation, mainly including pharmaceutical information, rational drug use, pharmaceutical consulting, health center. Results:The pharmaceutical service APP realized the contact between the pharmacists and patients. Patients could query the APP for any prescription information from the hospitals. These not only included bas- ic information, usage and dosage of drugs, but also included the reminder of every kind of drug being targeted. Furthermore, patients could consult pharmacists on the APP momently and provide feedback of drug use, to make up the shortage of the existing adverse reactions mainly in hospital collection. Conclusion:The pharmaceutical service APP designed achieved a new online communication between patients and pharmacists, it was an another way of precision pharmaceutical care.
