摘要
文章基于高校图书馆保障读者权利进行服务变革的8大重要策略,从管理、技术及服务模式的角度,提出其最有效的策略是:建立人本管理机制及服务规范、以技术为手段,打造新型知识服务体系及提供融入用户的嵌入式学科馆员服务。并简述了高校图书馆在诸如"图书馆网站建设、新生入馆教育模式和高校图书馆空间建设"中如何更好地保障读者权利的实践范例。参考文献12。
Based on eight important service reformation strategies of university library for the readers'rights guarantee, starting from the point of view of management, technology and service mode, puts forward the most effective strategy, that is, establishing people man- agement mechanism and service standards, building a new model of knowledge service system and providing embedded users subject li- brarian service. A brief description about how to better protect the readers^rights of the university library in the practice examples such as "library website construction, freshmen education mode of university library and space construction" . 12 refs.
