摘要
目的:调查研究新疆首批住院医师规范化培训基地建设的现状,为卫生行政部门完善住院医师培训基地建设提供依据。方法选取新疆18家住院医师规范化培训基地为研究对象,对医院主管领导、职能管理部门工作人员、专业基地(科室)管理主任和专管员、正在接受规范化培训的住院医师进行访谈和问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果新疆住院医师规范化培训基地建设中信息网络建设相对滞后,31.3%的住院医师认为医院和专业基地调查了解、及时解决培训中实际问题的能力不足;29.4%的住院医师认为医院领导对住院医师规范化培训工作不够重视;33.6%的住院医师认为考核制度非常合理,30.6%的住院医师认为轮转计划非常合理;21.3%的住院医师认为带教教师对教学工作态度积极;24.5%的住院医师认为带教教师教学方式多样;61.3%的住院医师认为岗前培训非常有帮助;64.3%的住院医师认为教学查房非常有帮助;38.4%的住院医师认为考核内容符合住院医师规范化培训标准中的要求;31.4%的住院医师认为考核的结果能够反映自己的真实水平;52.3%的住院医师对“薪酬待遇”表示不满意;48.2%的住院医师对“食宿安排”表示不满意;46.2%的住院医师对“社会保障与福利待遇”表示不满意。结论培训基地需要加强信息网络建设,提高监督管理水平与工作效率;加强对住院医师规范化培训工作的宣传力度;充分做好岗前培训工作,培训内容重在理论与实践的紧密结合;严格执行轮转计划,完善考勤制度与考核管理;加大带教师资的培训力度;完善评估机制,提高住院医师规范化培训基地动态管理水平;合理规划培训经费,不断提高培训期间住院医师待遇。
Objective A survey and analysis on standardized medical resident training bases was conducted in Xinjiang,and provided the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases.Methods Interview and questionnaire survey and the analysis were conduc-ted among the persons who were responsible for resident training,including the leaders,managers,depart-ment directors,secretary and resident physician,in 18 resident standardization training bases.Results Information network construction is relatively backward of standardized medical resident training bases con-struction in Xinjiang,31.3% of residents think the lack of the ability to investigation and solve practical problems of the hospital and department,29.4% of residents believe that the leadership of the hospital stay is not enough attention to Resident training,33.6% of residents believe that the assessment system is very reasonable,30.6 % of residents believe that the cycle plan is very reasonable,21.3% of residents believe that the positive attitude of teachers by teaching,24.5% of residents believe that a variety of teaching methods with a teacher,61.3% of hospital physicians believe that pre-service training very help-ful,64.3% of residents believe that teaching rounds very helpful,38.4% of residents believe that assess-ment content to meet the requirements,52.3% of residents believe that the results of the assessment to re-flect their true level,48.2% of residents of remuneration are not satisfied,46.2% of residents of the ac-commodation arrangements and social security and welfare are not satisfied.Conclusions The followings are needed to be strengthened,i.e.the information network construction,the supervision management level and work efficiency,the publicity efforts of resident training,the pre-service training,the combined training of theory and practice and so on.
