摘要
以小叶女贞种子为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取小叶女贞籽油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析小叶女贞籽油的脂肪酸组成,并用分光光度法测定小叶女贞籽油对ABTS自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果表明:小叶女贞籽油中含8种脂肪酸,主要含有油酸(59.49%)、亚油酸(25.47%)和棕榈酸(9.67%),不饱和脂肪酸含量达85.40%;小叶女贞籽油对ABTS自由基和DPPH自由基有较好的清除能力,IC50分别为(34.32±0.73)μg/m L和(43.63±0.91)μg/m L。
With Ligustrum quihoui C. seed as raw material, the Ligustrum quihoui C. seed oil was ex- tracted by supercritical CO2. The fatty acid composition of Ligustrum quihoui C. seed oil was analyzed by GC - MS and the scavenging capacities on ABTS free radical and DPPH free radical of Ligustrum quihoui C. seed oil were determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that eight kinds of fatty acids were identified from Ligustrum quihoui C. seed oil and the main fatty acids were oleic acid (59.49%), linole- ic acid (25.47%), and palmitic acid (9. 67% ). The content of unsaturated fatty acids reached 85.40%. The Ligustrum quihoui C. seed oil showed significant scavenging capacities on ABTS free radi- cal and DPPH free radical with IC5o of (34.32 ± 0.73 ) μg/mL and (43.63 ± 0.91 ) μg/mL, respectively.
